SUPPLEMENTING YOUR PET’S DIET FOR THE FIRST TIME?
Keeping your pet healthy and at their best often requires making changes to their diet. Adding supplements into petfood or water often changes the flavour and for some pets, this may take some getting used to. Persistence is key! You know you’re doing the right thing for them, so you need to carefully manage this to ensure you’re able to give them what is best.
If you know your pet is a fussy eater, or they appear disinterested at mealtime after adding supplements to their meal or water for the first time, make small and gradual increments so that the change in flavour is small and and easier to accept by your pet.
For example, if your pet weighs 10kg, the daily maintenance recommendation is 20g (or two scoops) per day of Health Boost+. You can start with 1/2 scoop for the first week, and increase by 1/2 scoop each week until the recommended dose has been achieved, as follows:
Week 1 = 1/2 scoop
Week 2 = 1 scoop
Week 3 = 1.5 scoops
Week 4 = 2 scoops

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Refer to the table for the right serving size for your pet based on their body weight.
400g pack – Using the serving spoon provided (10g), add the appropriate dosage (as per dosage table below) to your pet’s water. Mix the OPTIMUM NUTRITION Health Boost+ into the appropriate amount of drinking water and mix well, with a fork or spoon for approximately 5 seconds. Serve and watch your pet enjoy! You can also add the powder to your pet’s food at mealtime if that is easier!
Always supervise your pet while feeding OPTIMUM NUTRITION products for the first time.
STORAGE
Store at room temperature. Keep packs well sealed with the lid to maximise product longevity.
