Shipping Policy

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Homebush, NSW, Australia.

Shipping rates (AUD)

  • Standard shipping: $15 flat rate
  • Free standard shipping on orders over $150
  • Express shipping: $25 flat rate
  • Subscription orders: ship free

International shipping is available. International rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Processing & delivery times

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard: approximately 2–8 business days, depending on your location
  • Express: approximately 1–4 business days, depending on your location

Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Order tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect addresses & delays

Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will help track it down.
