InnoVet Social Media Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

This giveaway is operated and promoted by InnoVet Animal Health (ABN: 14 664 448 542, www.InnoVet.com.au).

2. Eligibility

  • Entry is open exclusively to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older.

  • Entrants must be following at least two of InnoVet’s official social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).

  • Employees of InnoVet Animal Health and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. Giveaway Period

  • The giveaway commences upon the publication of the official promotional post and closes at 11:59 PM AEST on 31st May 2024.

  • Entries received after this date will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

Participants must complete the following 3 steps:

  1. Follow at least two of InnoVet’s official social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc).

  2. Comment on the post explaining why their dog would benefit from the products or tag a dog-owning friend.

  3. Share the giveaway video or post publicly or tag at least one friend in the comments.

5. Prize Details

  • The prize consists of a maximum three-month supply of:

    • Your selection of one product from our Optimum Nutrition range, and

    • our Healthy Reward Bites.

  • The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or substituted for any other products or services.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

  • One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.

  • The winner will be announced on InnoVet’s social media channels within one week of the giveaway closure.

  • The selected winner must contact InnoVet within 7 days after the announcement to claim the prize. If unclaimed, another winner will be chosen at random.

7. Media and Video Testimonial Agreement

  • By accepting the prize, the winning family agrees to participate in two short video interviews:

    • Before using the products: To discuss their dog’s current condition, expectations, and initial impressions.

    • After completion of the 3-month supply: To provide honest feedback, observations, and results achieved with the InnoVet products.

  • These video interviews will be used by InnoVet Animal Health for marketing and promotional purposes, including social media, website, and related advertising materials.

8. Delivery of Prize

  • InnoVet Animal Health will arrange for the prize to be delivered to the Australian residential address provided by the winner.

  • Delivery costs within Australia will be covered by InnoVet Animal Health.

9. Privacy Policy

  • Personal information provided by entrants will solely be used to manage the giveaway.

  • Information will not be sold or disclosed to third parties for unrelated purposes.

10. General Conditions

  • InnoVet Animal Health reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway in case of unforeseen circumstances.

  • This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, or any other platform used to promote the campaign.
